The wind measurement masts can be installed for a longer period of time and for weather conditions that would expose them to the maximum wear.

In this case, a regular maintenance and service are needed to prevent these problems that may occur:

• Movement of support anchors of the wind measurement mast
• Looseness of cables of the wind measurement mast
• Anemometers detuning
• Wind measurement mast tilting
• Safety elements breaking
• Low-battery of the wind measurement equipment
• Breaking of the wires linking to the wind measurement apparatus
• Anemometers covered by ice or snow, which sometimes leads to their temporary halt.

After each inspection, our customers receive a full report regarding the general condition of the wind measurement mast and the maintenance work performed.

A monthly inspection of the masts provides a good and accurate recording of wind data and implicitly a wind study within the correct range of parameters.
